As a culinary instructor, my goal is to inspire you to pursue your culinary passions. I'll help you plan your class and choose your menu. I bring all the food and practically all of the equipment, plus, I clean up my mess when done! You, your family, or group prepare the recipes with guidance from me. It's a hands-on class so be prepared to gain some new knowledge and the experience of doing rather than just watching.
BASIC CLASS STRUCTURE:
Your class includes pre-planning the individual menu with you and printed recipes for the participants. In addition to the lesson Taz Cooks will set up prior to the class and clean-up afterwards. Actual class time is generally three hours (from start to table). Classes can accommodate up to 12 persons (limited only by your kitchen space).
PRICING:
One - Two participants: $200.00 + Food Cost
$50.00 for each additional participant
$50.00 per hour of additional class time
Cost includes planning, shopping, printed recipes, set up and clean up.
Additional travel expenses may apply depending on your location.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you a final food cost until the shopping is done - it obviously depends on the cuisine type, the number and specific dishes you choose, how many people are part of the class, and market value at time of purchase so it can vary widely! However, I always do my best to shop smart for you and keep the food cost as low as possible!
