Fresh Garden Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

2 Cups Sour Cream
¾ Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 cloves Fresh Garlic - finely minced
1 bunch Fresh Chives - fine chopped (apx ½ Cup)
2 Tbs Fresh Parsley - fine chopped
1 Tbs Fresh Dill - fine chopped
¼ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste
-OPTIONAL-
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
⅛ tsp Favorite Hot Sauce (e.g. Franks Red Hot®)

Preparation:
  1. Place the sour cream and yogurt in a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined - Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum 4 hours (overnight for better results) to allow the flavors to develop
  3. Give it a good stir and transfer to a serving dish - Garnish as desired
  4. Serve with assorted 'dipping vegetables' such as grape or cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, carrot sticks, celery sticks, radishes, cucumber slices, bell pepper 'slivers', trimmed green onions, blanched asparagus spears, snow peas, edamame, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, blanched green beans, etc, etc... Or even veggie chips, tortilla chips, bagel chips, or crispy bread sticks - You know what you like and what works for dipping so mix and match!
